Work Ethic

Work ethic is a moral value that supports us to be successful in completing work in a formal environment. So when we see something that is very inspiring, we understand that we must be able to become someone who is professional and disciplined in a work environment, so this blog I am going to explain it about what is work ethic. Work ethics are also different because everyone has very different and diverse individuals, because in every company there are very important work ethics, some are not too concerned with. The real definition is that a strong work ethic is something we are born with. An example of work ethic has existed since we were born, is when we start learning to eat as a baby, or when we are in our primary school class too, already have a good and correct work ethic such as discipline to enter class on time and not late.

In work ethic, we have manners along with, for example, situations that require us to work at home, work at home using online technology, for example, if a company requires a meeting, surely you are asking how we can’t interact directly but we need a meeting?, the way is by using applications, for example zoom or other applications that have a video call system, during the meeting we also have to apply work ethics, for example using a good place and background for zoom meetings later, don’t use a background where there is a clothes hanger or other objects interfere with the zoom meeting process, then you also have to wear polite clothes and also a good position when conducting online meetings.

On work ethics even though working at home you have to maintain good manners in speaking, and also if you live with your family you have to talk about that you have a zoom meeting later so that there are no disturbances while carrying out the zoom meeting. With conditions like this, working at home, we must be able to manage the time in doing company work, for example, you arrange work according to work time like you normally do when you are not working at home, so that the work of the company is not forgotten and also you are not lazy, because usually because we work at home it will be difficult because it’s not like we usually work outside, the hard part is that we will find it difficult to manage schedules if we delay time to do company work because of deadline that are still long, therefore we must be able to manage time well.
